Dobroslav Ćulafić (born January 16, 1926 in Andrijevica , Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes ; † June 3, 2011 in Podgorica , Montenegro ) was a Yugoslav politician.

He took part in the fight of the Yugoslav partisans against the German occupation in World War II . After the end of the war he studied law at the University of Belgrade .

He later held numerous political offices. Among other things, he was chairman of the Central Committee of the Montenegrin State Association of the Union of Communists of Yugoslavia from 1982 to 1984 , and from 1984 to 1989 Interior Minister of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia .
