Dominic "Dom" Thomas (born February 14, 1996 in Glasgow ) is a Scottish football player who is under contract with Dunfermline Athletic .

Career

society

Dom Thomas started his career in the hometown at Celtic Glasgow . During his youth he moved to Motherwell FC . On December 20, 2014, Thomas made his professional debut for the club in the game of the Scottish Premiership against FC St. Mirren . By the end of the 2014/15 season he was under English coach Ian Baraclough in fourteen other games. With the club, Thomas took penultimate place, and had to compete in the relegation relegation against the Glasgow Rangers . Previously, Thomas extended his contract to 2018. In the relegation, the team won through with ease. In the 2015/16 season , he was under new coach Mark McGhee 14 times in the league. In the following season he only played four competitive games in the league in the first six months, after which he was awarded to the Scottish second division club Queen of the South from January 2017 . During his loan, he scored three times in 17 games in the opposing goal. In July 2017, FC Kilmarnock signed him . Here he came in the first part of the season on nine games before he was awarded to Queen of the South in the second half series. In the 2018/19 season he was awarded to the third division. For FC Dumbarton he scored 14 goals in 26 League One games. Together with Calum Gallagher , he was the team's top scorer. After his return to Kilmarnock he was used more regularly.

National team

Dom Thomas played six times for the Scottish U21 national team in 2017 . He made his debut against Estonia on March 28, 2017 . His last international match was against Ukraine in Perth in November of the same year .
