Dominik Klingberg

Dominik Klingberg (born January 17, 1979 in Göttingen ) is a German actor.

Life

Klingberg completed his acting training in Cologne and Düsseldorf. After his acting training he played at the Schauspiel Köln , the Schauspiel Leipzig , the Salzburg Festival , the Volksbühne Berlin , the Schauspielhaus Hamburg and the Nationaltheater Mannheim . The Cologne production The Appearances of Martha Rubin , in which he played, he was invited to the Berlin Theatertreffen in 2008 .

Klingberg also works as a stage fencing and combat instructor. He received his stage fencing training from Emil Hartmann and Elvis Mihu, and completed further training with Claus Großer and Peter Theiss. He finished 3rd at the World Fencing Championships in 2000 in Vichy , France. As a combat choreographer, he worked at the Cologne Theater, the Bonn Theater, the Aachen Theater and the Oberhausen Theater, among others.

In 2006 Klingberg began to work part- time as a caster for Networkmovie Cologne. In 2013 he started to lead the “ Drama School of the Basement” in the team , at which he has also been a lecturer since 2003.
