Dominika Ostałowska (born February 18, 1971 in Warsaw ) is a Polish actress .

Life

Dominika Ostałowska began acting training at the State Drama School PWST in Warsaw after graduating from high school . She completed her studies in 1994. She then belonged to the ensemble of the Teatr Ateneum in Warsaw until 2000 . She then moved to the Teatr Powszechny in Warsaw and has been part of the ensemble ever since. Her first minor film role was in 1994 in the international production Death Connection . Her first film starring role she played in 1995 in the film Łagodna on the side of Janusz Gajos . In 2003 she received the award for best supporting actress at the Polish Film Festival Gdynia for her role in the movie Warszawa , which is popular in Poland . In 2004 she received the Polish Film Award for the same role . She achieved great popularity with the Polish television series M jak miłość . For the Polish version of the film 33 Scenes from Life , she dubbed the German leading actress Julia Jentsch . Dominika Ostałowska is married to the actor Hubert Zduniak . They have one son (* 2002).
