Don McFarlane (athlete, 1926)
Don McFarlane (actually Donald Cecil McFarlane; born May 18, 1926 in London , Ontario ; † March 5, 2008 ibid.) Was a Canadian sprinter .
At the 1948 Olympic Games in London, he was fifth in the 4 x 100 meter relay . Over 400 m and in the 4 x 400 meter relay , he was eliminated in the lead.
In 1946 he became Canadian Master over 220 yards .
His brother Bob McFarlane also started as a sprinter in the 1948 Olympic Games.
