Donat Rrudhani (born May 2, 1999 ) is a Kosovar football player on the position of midfielder who is under contract with FC Aarau in the Challenge League .

Career

society

He started his career in his Kosovar homeland. At the age of twelve, Rrudhani's family moved to France, where he joined the offspring of CO Langres. Soon he made the leap into the academy of the Ligue 2 club ES Troyes AC . After moving again to Alsace, he switched to the offspring of FC Brunstatt. In the summer of 2017 he was signed by the Swiss fifth division AS Timau Basel (2nd interregional league). After one season he moved on to the higher-class FC Black Stars (1st division), where he also had a significant share in the promotion to the Promotion League with 15 goals this season. Shortly after promotion, he completed a trial training at FC Aarau, where he was finally given a four-year contract (until 2023) in August 2019. On August 18, 2019, he made his debut in the FCA jersey at a cup match in Cham. Almost two months later, on October 5, 2019, he celebrated his first goal when he scored in the 3-2 win against SC Kriens.

National team

Rrudhani was called up for the first time for the Kosovar U-21 national team in November 2019 as part of the European Championship qualifier against Austria, but without being used.
