Doris Ruge (born December 18, 1946 as Doris Obermark in Langenberg (Rhineland) ) is a German editor and writer .

Life

Doris Ruge completed a commercial training after graduating from high school . She worked as a lecturer for various publishers in the school and specialist book sectors . Until 2001 she lived in Sankt Augustin . In addition to her professional activity, she has been publishing literary texts since the late 1970s ; She also organizes readings by authors and from 1987 to 2001 directed a literary theater in Bonn . Since moving to Rabenholz in Schleswig-Holstein in 2001, Ruge has worked as a freelance editor and writer; in addition, she ran writing workshops .

Doris Ruge was a member of GEDOK from 1986 to 1999 ; From 2003 to 2013 she was a member of the authors' association " Writers in Schleswig-Holstein ".
