Douglas Willian da Silva Souza also known under Douglas Tanque (born October 27, 1993 in Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo ) is a Brazilian soccer player .

Career

Douglas Tanque learned to play football in the youth teams of Guarani FC and Corinthians São Paulo . He signed his first contract with the Corinthians U20 team. Since he was not used by the Corinthians, he was loaned to other clubs. After loaning to Paraná Clube , Ipatinga FC , Guaratinguetá Futebol , CA Penapolense and AA Ponte Preta , he moved to Japan in 2015 . Here he signed a contract with Thespakusatsu Gunma , a club that is based in Gunma Prefecture and played in the J2 League . After a year, his contract was not renewed. He was without a club from the beginning of 2016 to June 2016. In mid-2016 he went back to South America and joined the Mexican association Cafetaleros de Tapachula . In the second division, the Ascenso MX , played 27 times and scored nine goals. In mid-2017 he went back to Asia, where he played six months for the Japanese club Albirex Niigata in the second division. At the beginning of 2018 he moved to Thailand . Here he signed a contract with Police Tero FC in Bangkok . The club played in the Thai League , the highest league in the country. After the Hinserie he moved to Europe in July 2018 , where he signed a contract with FC Paços de Ferreira in Portugal . The club played in the second division, the Segunda League . With the club he became champion in 2019 and thus rose to the first division, the Primeira Liga . To this day he is under contract with Paços de Ferreira.
