Draßnitzdorf is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Dellach im Drautal in the Spittal an der Drau district in Carinthia .
Settlement development
At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 126 building areas with 26,374 m² and 76 gardens on 72,922 m² in the cadastral community Draßnitzdorf , in 1989/1990 there were 93 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 334 and in 2009/2010 there were 197 buildings on 328 building areas.
Land use
The cadastral community is shaped by forestry. 152 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 621 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 133 hectares and 634 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry.
