Dramatical murder ( Jap. ドラマティカルマーダー, Doramatikaru Mada , even dramatical murder ) is a Ren'ai adventure - eroge the Boys' Love brand Nitro + Chiral Developer Nitro Plus from 2012. It was continued by two more games and adapted as manga and anime .

action

In the future, Aoba Seragaki ( 瀬 良 垣 蒼 葉 ) lives on the small island of Midorijima ( 碧 島 ). He lives with his grandmother and works in a small junk shop. He is satisfied with his simple life, has an "Allmate" - a robot and communication device in the form of a little dog that always accompanies him - named Ren and many friends. Some of them are members of so-called Ribstiez groups: gangs that divide the city into areas of influence. The cool and cheerful Mizuki ( ミ ズ キ ) is the boss of the “Dry Juice”, the womanizer Kōjaku ( 紅雀 ) is the leader of the “Benishigure”. But the island was bought some time before by the Toue group, which is now building the huge resort "Platinum Jail" here and displacing the island's inhabitants. In addition, there is an increasing number of cases in which Ribstiez players disappear and reappear without memory. A new cyber game called “Rhyme”, in which players fight against each other in a virtual room, is becoming more and more popular.

On his way to a delivery from the store, Aoba is suddenly caught in a game of Rhyme that threatens to cause him real harm. He wins surprisingly, but is passed out. He has long been sick and has to take medication. Eventually, Noiz shows up who attacked him to test him. He demands another game and argues with Kōjaku. In addition, Clear appears in Aoba's previously peaceful life, calls him "Master" and keeps popping up unexpectedly. Suddenly Mizuki and everyone else from Dry Juice disappear and then Aoba's grandmother is kidnapped. Aoba himself is kidnapped by Mink and his group Scratch. Mink also wants to test what special skills Aoba has. Then he offers to help him find his grandmother. Kōjaku, Noiz and Clear are also there.

Finally, the allies find Aoba's grandmother, who is being held captive by Dry Juice, in a waste recycling plant - Mizuki among them. But they are now members of the “Morphine” group and are out of their minds themselves. They can be defeated and passed out, as can Aoba himself after invading Mizuki's consciousness. After this experience, his grandmother explains to him that he has this ability, as well as controlling the consciousness of others, the so-called "scrap". So far, she has not revealed this concern to him. She also used to work for Toue, but stopped there when she learned that the company wanted to control people's consciousness and enslave them. This is also their real goal on the island and therefore they want her to come back to the company. Toue is also looking for Aoba because of his skills.

Aoba, Kōjaku, Noiz and Clear each receive an invitation to the Platinum Jail. This suits them well as they want to stop Toue's plan. But there they are attacked one after the other - together with Aoba. With every attack, Aoba can help his friends by using scrap and releasing them from trauma in the process. Kōjaku's opponent is a crazy tattoo artist who once tattooed him. The pain drove Kōjaku insane and killed his family. Noiz is attacked by Morphine along with Aoba. During the fight, Aoba learns that Noiz suffers from CIPA and therefore has no sense of pain. His parents rejected him and he has always been lonely. When Clear goes to the Oval Tower, Toue's headquarters, with Aoba, they are attacked by two figures who look like Clear. These are androids on behalf of Toues, as was Clear. But it was defective, so it developed its own personality and can now protect Aoba.

Finally Mink arrives and together with Aoba he reaches the Oval Tower. Mink wants to kill Tatsuo Toue, the boss of the company, because he destroyed the Indian tribe from which Mink comes. This tribe had herbs that can be used to control other people as Toue seeks, but did not want to share their knowledge with them. Aoba also meets Sei in the tower, who turns out to be his brother. Both were artificially created by Toue - with the ability to control other people from birth. But only Sei stayed with Toue and Aoba grew up with his "grandmother". She now wants Aoba to kill him so that Toue can no longer abuse his abilities. But first they are stopped by Toue's subordinates. Kōjaku, Noiz and Clear come to their aid, after all, Aoba helped them too.

Mink and Aoba arrive at Tatsuo Toue. With his scrap, Aoba can make him immune to Toue's control attempts, so that he can continue the fight. But then Aoba's Allmate Ren attacks him, he is infected by a worm. Aoba can use Scrap on him too and learns that part of his personality has passed on to Ren. That part has always tried to save him from the greedy, destructive part of his personality that drove Aoba to rhyme games in which he used scrap against his opponents. With the Allmate, that part of his personality managed to give Aoba's friendly side the upper hand. When Tatsuo Toue reappears, he begins a Rhyme fight against Aoba. Aoba can win because Toue's avatar was created from his brother's soul and Aoba can appeal to Sei's resistance against Toue. After the fight, he sees his brother personally and, at his request, kills him with Scrap so that he can no longer cause damage. The tower is blown up and the people are freed from Toue's control. Aoba and his friends can all escape and recover from the events, only his Allmate is now without a personality of its own. But a year later, Ren's old personality reappears as his brother.
