Dubai Holding ( Arabic دبي القابضة) is a holding company owned by the Government of Dubai . She manages the assets of Sheikh Muhammad bin Raschid Al Maktum , who holds 99.67 percent of Dubai Holding.

Dubai Holding manages and controls over 20 companies in the real estate, buildings, finance, health, energy, research, education, entertainment, media, internet, tourism and biotechnology sectors. Ahmad Bin Byat is President of Dubai Holding.

Dubai International Capital (DCI)

Dubai International Capital (DIC) was founded in October 2004 as part of Dubai Holding's international investments. Investments are made in three areas:

Global Buy-Outs Focus
on secondary leveraged buy-outs (LBO) from companies in Europe, North America and Asia.

MENA Investments

  • Investments in MENA regions (Middle-East and Northern-Africa)
  • Investments in leveraged buy-outs, funds, co-investments
