Jeffrey Kenton Duty (born May 12, 1995 in Plano , Texas ) is an American actor .

Life

Kenton Duty grew up in Plano with his parents and younger sisters. At the age of nine he took part in a musical workshop because it was better for the school to speak to an audience. Duty gained greater fame primarily through his role as young Jacob in the television series Lost and through the impersonation of the exchange student Gunther Hessenheffer in the Disney series Shake It Up - dancing is everything . After playing a leading role in the first two seasons of Shake It Up , he did not appear in any further episode in the third season.

In 2010 he played a supporting role alongside the well-known Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan in the film My Name Is Khan .
