Dvir ( Hebrew דְּבִיר), also Dvira ( Hebrew דְּבִירָה, German: named after Dvir), is a kibbutz in the northern Negev and in the southern district of Israel . It is located near Rahat and Be'er Sheva and falls under the jurisdiction of the B'nei Shimon regional administration . In 2006 the population of the kibbutz was 406 people. The kibbutz had 999 inhabitants in 2018.

The kibbutz was founded in 1951 by Ha-Shomer ha-Zair members from Hungary and bears the name of the biblical city ​​of Dvir, which was in the area (Joshua 21:15).
