Play-offs

For the play-offs, 4 final groups (A, B, C and D) were formed from blue and green groups and played in a simple round. The teams in the green group were placed in the 4 final groups according to their placement in the regular season. Medvescak Zagreb - which did not take part in the Group C final tournament - was represented by HK Triglav Kranj. Kranj's result in this final group was not taken into account for the overall ranking.

Austrian U18 champion

Austrian U18 champions cannot become an international (= non-Austrian) club or an association with the official academy status of the ÖEHV. Should no Austrian club win the EBJL final, the championship title will be played separately in a best-of-three series between the two Austrian clubs with the highest points in the basic round .
