The HD mladi Jesenice could no longer compete this season, and as agreed, only one team from the LA Stars played. The KHL Medveščak Zagreb no longer provided a team. These 3 departures were offset by 2 arrivals from Hungary: Újpesti TE and MAC Budapest .
