Eberhard Raetz

Eberhard Raetz (born March 9, 1938 in Karlsruhe ) is a German chemist and writer.

biography

Eberhard Raetz studied chemistry at the University of Karlsruhe . As a qualified chemist, he was Technical Director at Nestlé , Vevey , Switzerland for many years ; longer stays as such and a. in Italy, Spain and South America. In 1997 his first novel was published on the trail of Kaspar Hauser: "Kaspartheater". In 2000 the dropout novel "Endlins Escape" followed. At the end of 2006, "Hôtel de la Paix. A Political Murder in Lausanne", a novel with drawings by the Swiss illustrator Gilles Emmanuel Fiaux, was published.

In addition to his prose, Eberhard Raetz published the travel-reading book "Lake Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland. A journey through western Switzerland" in 2003 (2nd edition 2003); also texts in anthologies, etc. a. in the literary magazine "Allende" ( Literary Society / Scheffelbund Karlsruhe , ed.) and in "Harras" (Edition SignaThur, Dozwill, Switzerland).

Eberhard Raetz lives and works as a writer in Vevey ( Canton of Vaud , Switzerland).
