Eberhard Stalljohann
Eberhard Stalljohann (born September 21, 1927 , † September 30, 1999 in Osnabrück - Eversburg ) was a German judge in Lower Saxony .
Life
Stall Johann studied law and received his doctorate in 1958 at the University of Münster for Dr. iur.
From 1972 to 1974 he was President of the Verden Regional Court . From 1974 he was President of the Oldenburg Higher Regional Court . From 1974 to 1976 he was also initially a deputy member, until 1992 member and in the last four years (1988 to 1992) also president of the Lower Saxony State Court . In 1980 he was elected chairman of the Oldenburg University Society.
