Ebrahim Hemmatnia (born June 25, 1976 ) is an Iranian - Dutch adventurer and founder of the World With No Borders Foundation, which supports human rights organizations around the world. Hemmatnia is the first person to cycle across an ocean. In 68 days he “cycled” across the Atlantic Ocean in an amphibious bicycle. The vehicle, also known as a “boatbike”, is powered by muscle power and can be used both on land and on the water. On his trip he visited several large cities, including Dakar , Natal , João Pessoa , Recife , Aracaju , Salvador , Vitória , Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo .
