He then moved to the Argentine first division club Atlético Huracán , where he only made six league appearances. In the final of the Supercopa Argentina he scored the only goal in the 1-0 win against CA River Plate . In January 2016 he then moved to the Ecuadorian club LDU Quito , but was loaned to the Mexican first division club Necaxa in June 2016 . On June 7, 2017, he then received a contract with league competitor CF Pachuca . After only nine games, he moved to Querétaro FC during the current season . Two days later he was in the starting line-up against Belgium , but only played one half. In 2010 he came only to one more assignment and was not nominated for the World Cup in South Africa . In 2011 and 2012 he was used in a friendly match each. The World Cup in Brazil and the Copa America 2015 in his home country took place without him. Although he was nominated for the Copa, he was unable to participate due to an injury. So he missed the Chileans' first title win. At the Copa América Centenario 2016 he was then used in five games, where he scored his only two international goals in a 7-0 win against Mexico . In the final, which the Chileans won on penalties against Argentina like a year earlier , he was substituted on in the 80th minute, but not needed in the penalty shoot-out.
