Eduard Wesener

Eduard Oskar Iwan Innocenz Wesener (born January 8, 1909 in Bonn ; † March 4, 1952 there ) was a German director , writer and actor in the stage and film industry.

Eduard Wesener had played on stages such as the Giessen City Theater , the Hamburg Thalia Theater and the Berlin Lessing Theater since 1930 .

During the Second World War he only found employment in guest performance departments. Based in Berlin since 1934, Wesener has appeared in an abundance of entertainment films in just under a decade. Eduard Wesener covered the entire range of batch roles. He was a lieutenant in The Star of Valencia and in The Warsaw Citadel , a painter in Elizabeth and Her Fool, a lawyer in In the matter of Timpe and an adjutant in Wedding at Bärenhof , his last film. After 1945, Eduard Wesener was neither involved in film - his only work: dubbing the documentary Without Baedeker through Bonn , presented in 1951 - nor with a permanent engagement at the theater. He was the owner and manager of a film dubbing studio in Bad Godesberg .

Eduard Wesener was married to the actress and voice actress Paula Lepa . After the divorce he married Gisela Krupp, the owner of a fashion studio, in Leverkusen in 1951 .
