Eduard Zotter
Eduard Mathias Zotter (born March 18, 1857 in Vienna ; † December 19, 1938 there ) was an Austrian architect .
Life
After training at the Technical University with Karl König and the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna with Friedrich von Schmidt , he began to work as a site manager for several large church projects. He worked in particular with Karl Schaden and Ludwig Zatzka . In 1899 he was employed as a construction consultant in the building construction department of the Ministry of Public Works, where he rose to head the department.
Zotter was married to Adele Thumb. His son Friedrich Zotter and his nephew Eduard Thumb were also architects.
