Eduard von Zychlinski

Konstantin Sigismund Eduard von Zychlinski (born May 9, 1795 in Dyck, today to Gmina Wałcz , † September 24, 1858 in Berlin ) was a German district administrator and politician.

Eduard von Zychlinski was the son of the Knighthood Council and Lords on Dyck and Stranz, Johann Carl von Zychlinski, and his wife Caroline Eleonore, née von der Goltz, from the Zuetzer family. Zychlinski, who was a Protestant denomination, married Ernestine Antoinette Caroline von Schwichow (born May 3, 1800 in Gersdorf; † April 29, 1883 in Dresden) in Gernsdorf, Bütow district, in 1818 , the daughter of the gentleman in Gersdorf and Petersdorf, August Wilhelm von Schwiechow . The brothers Oskar von Zychlinski (1824–1878), member of the Prussian House of Representatives, and Hermann von Zychlinski (1825–1886), are his nephews, Wilhelm von Zychlinski his brother.

Eduard von Zychlinski was the master of Stranz. In 1829 he became acting administrator of the district office in Deutsch Krone and from 1833 to 1851 he was district administrator there. In 1851 he was retired as a Privy Councilor.

He was a member of the Provincial Parliament of the Province of Prussia . In 1847 he was a member of the United State Parliament . From 1850 to 1852 he was a member of the Second Prussian Chamber and from 1853 to 1854 of the First Prussian Chamber . In 1850 he was a member of the Volkshaus of the Erfurt Union Parliament .

He was awarded the Red Eagle Order 4th Class and the Russian Order of St. Stanislaus 2nd Class.
