Egbert von Frankenberg

Jobst-Egbert von Frankenberg and Proschlitz (born August 5, 1967 in Hamburg ) is a Hamburg politician ( CDU ).

Life

Egbert von Frankenberg left the City-Nord business school with the Abitur. Then he did his military service and studied. He works as a teacher .

He is married and has two daughters.

Frankenberg joined the CDU in 1983. He was a member of the Walddörfer local committee and the Hamburg-Wandsbek district assembly and is state chairman of the CDA - Hamburg (CDU social committees).

From March 2004 to February 2011 he was a member of the citizenship of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg . As a member of the state parliament , he was a member of the social, school and family, children and youth committees in the 18th electoral term . In addition, he was a member of the special committee “Neglected Children” and the study commission for school development.

In February 2008, he was in the state election not on the national list move as deputies to the Hamburg Parliament. However, he was reappointed for a senator on March 12th. The senators are not allowed to exercise a mandate in the citizenry and the senatorial post at the same time. For his parliamentary group , he is back on the family, children and youth committee, the school committee and the social and equality committee. Since this electoral term he has also been active as a specialist spokesperson for the areas of social affairs, senior citizens and the elderly, disability policy, as well as migration, refugees and foreigners.

In the state elections on February 20, 2011, he could not win enough votes to move back into the state.
