Egon Lampersbach

Egon Ludwig Konrad Lampersbach (born August 9, 1917 in Holzwickede , † December 16, 1982 in Unna ) was a German entrepreneur and politician ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending elementary school, secondary school and commercial college, Lampersbach did voluntary labor service. He then completed an apprenticeship as a wholesale merchant. From 1939 to 1945 he took part in the Second World War as a soldier . In 1950 he founded a retail business, which he expanded to include additional branches in the 1950s, including in Lünen-Brambauer . He also founded a construction company in 1964.

Political party

Lampersbach joined the CDU and was federal chairman of the medium-sized and business association of the CDU / CSU from 1970 to 1977 .

MP

Lampersbach was a council member of the city of Lünen from 1961 to 1969 and was elected chairman of the CDU parliamentary group there in 1964. He was a member of the German Bundestag from the 1965 Bundestag election until his death. He was always drawn into parliament via the state list of the CDU North Rhine-Westphalia .
