A long ride to Eden is a sex film with western elements produced in Germany , which was shown in cinemas for the first time on August 2, 1974.

action

Two strangers arrive in the village of Cripple, where two Quaker couples live in poor conditions - water soup and bread are usually the only food. You decide to wait here for other bandits. In doing so, they terrorize the families and sexually exploit women who allow their carnal desires to awaken, also because they treat their bodies freely. Rachel will soon be shot by them.

criticism

Ronald M. Hahn saw "a pitifully played, miserably staged mixture of westerns and zot sex". The lexicon of international films also gave a similarly negative verdict: “Bloodthirsty, wooden-made and played pseudo-westerns with vulgar dialogues and sex interludes. A poor film in all respects. "

Remarks

The film was shot back in 1971. The book on the film was published by Kelter Verlag , Hamburg, under the pseudonym Hendels as part of the “Western” groschenheft series, volume 594.
