Eirik Lorentsen (born April 13, 1988 ) is a Norwegian cross-country skier .

Career

Lorentsen was third in February 2012 in the sprint races in Albu and Madona , which were held as part of the Scandinavian Cup . In the sprint in Jõulumäe a year later, he finished second. He achieved his best placings in distance races in the Scandinavian Cup with fourth place each in the 15 km pursuit race in free technique in Keuruu in February 2011, over 15 km classic in February 2012 in Albu and in the 20 km mass start race in classic technique in Otepää in February 2014. In the overall ranking of the Scandinavian Cup he reached sixth place in the 2011/12 season and ninth place in 2012/13 .

Lorentsen made his World Cup debut in March 2014 at the 50 km mass start race in classic style at Holmenkollen in Oslo , where he finished 59th.
