Eiza González Reyna (born January 30, 1990 in Mexico City ) is a Mexican actress and singer .

Life

González is the daughter of former Mexican model Glenda Reyna. From 2003 to 2004 she attended the M & M Studio drama school in Mexico City, which is run by the Mexican actress and director Patricia Reyes Spíndola . For filming and recordings, she temporarily lived in Argentina and Texas. In 2013 she moved to Los Angeles .

In 2007 she played her first role in the Mexican telenovela Lola, érase una vez , a remake of the Argentine series Floricienta , which was broadcast in numerous countries and had its own adaptations in several South American countries and Portugal. After one-time guest appearances in the television series Plaza sésamo (2008), Mujeres asesinas (2009) and Sueña conmigo (2010), she received a permanent role in the series Amores verdadores , in which she played 181 episodes as Nikki Brizz in 2012 and 2013 Balvanera participated. Some of these series were conceived as musicals and also required her to sing.

In November 2013, it was announced that she would play a role on From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series . She moved to Austin , Texas to film . It was her first English speaking role. This was followed by a role in the commercially successful action film Baby Driver in 2017 .

González also worked as a model several times. So in 2008 for Avon in Mexico and in 2015 for the American cosmetics brand Neutrogena .

In 2008 she signed a contract with the EMI Televisa label and released two albums with a total of three singles.
