Ekkehard Becker-Eberhard

Ekkehard Becker-Eberhard (born November 5, 1952 in Oberhausen ) is a German lawyer and professor at the University of Leipzig .

Life

After studying history and education for one semester at the University of Düsseldorf , Becker-Eberhard studied law and political science at the University of Bonn from 1971 . In 1977 he completed his law studies with the first state examination in law. After legal clerkship and the second state examination in law, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Cologne and the University of Bonn . In 1984 Becker-Eberhard became a Dr. iur. PhD. He then completed his habilitation in 1990 with a presentation of the debt security of security interests. After serving as professorships at the University of Osnabrück and the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg , Becker-Eberhard was offered a professorship for civil law and civil procedural law at the University of Leipzig on April 1, 1992 .
