Ekkehard Wysocki

Ekkehard Wysocki (born April 26, 1962 in Hamburg ) is a German politician ( SPD ).

Wysocki attended grammar school Am Heegen from 1972 to 1982 and then studied political science and modern and medieval history with a diploma. From 1985 to 1987 he worked for Uwe Hansen, member of the Bundestag . Wysocki is currently employed as a clerk at Ergo Insurance .

Wysocki is a member of various associations. Since 1981 he has also been a member of the SPD, where he is chairman of the SPD in Rahlstedt (Wandsbek district). From 2008 to 2011 he was deputy chairman of the Rahlstedt Regional Committee (formerly local committee) and previously chairman of the SPD parliamentary group there for many years. Since March 2011 he has been a member of the Hamburg Parliament , where he represents the constituency of Rahlstedt . He moved up for Elke Badde , who left the citizenry when she was appointed State Councilor. In the 2015 mayor election , Wysocki won a direct mandate in the Rahlstedt constituency with 9,465 votes. He was a member of the citizenship submission committee. In the 2020 elected citizenship, he moved up for a Senate member.

Wysocki is married and has two children.
