The Elbepark (Hohe Börde) (other spellings: Elbe-Park, ElbePark, Elbe Park ) is a shopping center opened in 1993 in the Hohen Börde in the district of Hermsdorf in Saxony-Anhalt .

The Elbepark is conveniently located at the Magdeburg motorway junction between the A 2 and the A 14 in the Hohe Börde at the gates of Magdeburg . The B 1 runs south of the Elbe Park through Irxleben .

The shopping center is connected to local public transport by the BördeBus Verkehrsgesellschaft with bus lines 614 and 630 and the Hermsdorf Elbepark bus stop .

The Elbepark has a retail space of 45,000 m² with 56 shops, cafes and restaurants. (Status 2014) The building is at ground level and barrier-free and has two handicapped-accessible toilets. The offer of the Elbepark consists of fashion and shoe shops, leisure and gift shops, service providers, perfumeries, drug stores, grocery stores, electronics stores and catering establishments. The most famous stores include the Nike Clearance Store , H&M , a Reno Outlet , the electronics store Euronics , Intersport and Real .
