On May 14, 2014, the district council of the Börde district decided to merge Kraftverkehrsgesellschaft mbH Börde-Bus with OhreBus Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH with retroactive effect from January 1, 2014. The name was changed to BördeBus Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH .

The company was founded in 1926 and was headquartered in Vahldorf . With 65 buses, OhreBus carried 3.5 million passengers per year with 101 employees on 38 bus routes with a mileage of 4.5 million km per year.
Motor transport company Börde-Bus
On September 3, 1992 the Kraftverkehrsgesellschaft mbH Oschersleben / Bode was transferred to the district, at the same time it was renamed Kraftverkehrsgesellschaft mbH Börde-Bus . PlusBus
Lines 600 (Oschersleben − Haldensleben), 601 (Haldensleben − Wolmirstedt), 602 (Seehausen − Magdeburg) and 603 (Oschersleben − Magdeburg) have been upgraded to PlusBus since December 15, 2019 . In addition, these lines also operate in the state rail-bus network of Saxony-Anhalt and can be recognized by the <O> Mein Takt sign . The first line was the line 600 (Oschersleben − Haldensleben) on August 6, 2009. Line 601 (Haldensleben − Wolmirstedt) followed on December 13, 2009. Most recently, line 602 (Seehausen − Magdeburg) and 603 (Oschersleben − Magdeburg) were added on December 12, 2010.
Magdeburg regional transport association
BördeBus Verkehrsgesellschaft is a member of the Magdeburg regional transport association (marego.) . This enables journeys to the state capital Magdeburg and the districts of Salzland and Jerichower Land with just one ticket .
