The building complexes of Niederrheinische Licht- und Kraftwerke AG are set back across the arterial road to Odenkirchen within an industrial area that was created around the turn of the century .
The three- story brick residential building is part of a monument ensemble made from the remains of an extensive building complex. Color-contrasting plastering fields, high rectangular window openings - alternately covered with segments or ogival arches - are the dividing elements of the house. The cross-storey bay window in the front section of the facade, which protrudes like a risalit , is accentuated in terms of design, elevated by a tent roof and supported by consoles .
