Elijah Mbogo

Elijah Mbogo (* 1988 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who specializes in road running.

In 2007 he won the Tübingen city run . In the Route du Vin , he finished sixth, the half-marathon competition of Reims à toutes jambes fourth. He was hired as a pacemaker for the Singapore Marathon , but he decided to run through and won his debut over the 42.195 km distance.

In 2008 he finished fifth in the 20 van Alphen .

Elijah Mbogo's older brother David Chepkwony Kiptanui is also successful as a marathon runner.
