Elisabeth Hau

Elisabeth Hau , stage name Elisabeth Villebois (* 1959 in Trier ) is a German opera singer (soprano) and actress .

Life

Elisabeth Hau successfully completed her studies at the University of Music and Theater in Hanover with Charlotte Lehmann . She then continued her studies in Salzburg and graduated as a diploma opera singer, as well as a qualification as a singing teacher .

She had numerous engagements on stage, including in Linz and Kassel . Concert appearances in Bayreuth and Munich were also part of her career as a singer.

Elisabeth Hau was employed at the Schleswig-Holstein State Theater until 2009. It was part of the music theater based in Flensburg . There she was seen in numerous pieces, such as B. in the kiss of the spider woman or in the operetta Im Weißen Rössl . Since the 2009/10 season she has been working again in her hometown Trier , at the local theater as a prompter .
