Elisabeth Helene Margravine of Meißen Duchess of Saxony, née Princess von Thurn und Taxis , complete Elisabeth Helene Maria Valerie Franziska Maximiliane Antonie ; (* December 15, 1903 in St. Emmeram Castle , Regensburg ; † October 22, 1976 in Munich ) was the daughter of the last Prince of Thurn and Taxis , Albert , and his wife Margarethe , born Archduchess of Austria.

Elisabeth Helene was born on December 15, 1903 in Regensburg at St. Emmeram Castle as the only daughter of Prince Albert von Thurn und Taxis and his wife Margarethe Klementine of Austria from the House of Habsburg-Lothringen . On June 16, 1923, she married Prince Friedrich Christian of Saxony , the second son of the last King of Saxony .

Elisabeth Helene died on October 22, 1976 and was buried next to the Imst-Brennbichl royal chapel in North Tyrol.
