Elisabeth Koelblinger

Elisabeth Kölblinger , also Elisabeth Kölblinger-Engelmann , (born November 25, 1966 in Bregenz as Elisabeth Engelmann ) is an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ). She has been a member of the Upper Austrian State Parliament since 2017 .

Life

After elementary school in Dornbirn, Elisabeth Kölblinger attended the Bundesgymnasium Dornbirn , where she graduated in 1985 . She then studied commercial science at the Vienna University of Economics and Business , completing her degree in 1990 as a Magistra. 1995 doctorate them there for Dr. rer. soc. oec. In 1998/99 she passed the tax advisor examination and in 2003 the personnel accounting examination, since 2003 she has been a sworn and court-certified expert .

From 1990 to 1997 she worked as a university assistant at the Institute for Auditing, Fiduciary and Accounting at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, then until 2003 in the group accounting department of Asamer Holding . From 2004 to 2017 she was the authorized signatory and head of accounting for the Franciscan Sisters of Vöcklabruck . She has also been working as a tax advisor since 2003.

politics

Since 2003 she has represented the ÖVP in the local council of Vöcklabruck , where she was city director of the ÖVP women from 2006 to 2018 and has been a city councilor since 2009. In this role she has been responsible for finances, social affairs and housing since 2015. In the state elections in Upper Austria in 2015 , she ran for the first time for the state list of the Upper Austrian People's Party (OÖVP) in the Hausruckviertel state electoral district . On September 21, 2017 she was the successor of Doris Hummer in the XXVIII. Legislative term as Member of the Upper Austrian provincial parliament sworn in , where they belonged to the Committee on Education, Culture, Youth and Sport, the Committee on Women's Affairs and the Committee on Economic and EU affairs. In the ÖVP state parliament club, she acts as a spokesperson for industry, business and location development.
