Life

Todorowa studied at the Filip Kutew Music School in Kotel and the Dobri Christow School in Varna . She then graduated from the National Music Academy “Prof. Pantscho Wladigerow ” in Sofia . She took part with Stojan Jankulow for Bulgaria in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 in Helsinki and reached 5th place.

In 2008 she re-recorded the hit Panairi from Bulgaria's top star with Stoyan Yankulov and Lili Ivanova and presented the song at the ESC preliminary round for Bulgaria.

She was nominated as Bulgarian representative for the 2013 contest directly by the BNT TV station. There was only a preliminary decision in the song search with three titles to choose from for jury and televoting. After that, Elitsa Todorova had long refused to give interviews because she did not agree with the decision. The audience chose the title Kismet , while the judges preferred the song Samo Shampioni . This title has now been nominated for Malmö. With this title, however, they were eliminated in the 2nd semifinals on May 16, 2013 in the Malmö Arena .
