Elnur Çingiz oğlu Məmmədli (English spelling Elnur Mammadli , born June 29, 1988 ) is an Azerbaijani judoka . Until 2008 he started mainly in the lightweight (class up to 73 kilograms), since 2010 he has mostly started in the light middleweight class (class up to 81 kilograms).

Məmmədli won the U17 European Championships in 2004, and in the same year he won his first Azerbaijani national championship title. He defended this title in 2005, and internationally second place at the World Cup in Budapest was his greatest success to date. He won his first international title in 2006 at the European Championships in Tampere . In 2007 he won the World Cup in Rome, at the Judo World Championships in Rio de Janeiro in 2007 he won the silver medal behind the South Korean Wang Ki-chun . In 2008 Məmmədli won the World Cup in Hamburg and took third place in Moscow. At the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 he won the gold medal, defeating Wang Ki-Chun after thirteen seconds by Ippon in the final. Məmmədli was the first Azerbaijani Olympic champion in judo and the only Olympic champion in his country at the 2008 Olympic Games.

After a year break, Məmmədli returned in 2010 in the light middleweight division and won the World Cup in Cairo, at the Judo World Championships in 2010 , he finished fifth. In 2011 he won the Masters tournament at the start of the year, which was held in the Azerbaijani capital Baku in 2011. In April 2011 he won the European Championships in Istanbul . In 2012 Məmmədli was able to win the Masters tournament again, this time in Almaty.
