Elyse Marie Levesque (born September 10, 1985 in Regina , Saskatchewan ) is a Canadian actress .

Life

Elyse Levesque began her acting career when she was eleven to the main cast of the sci-fi - Children series Incredible Story Studio was taken. She also appeared in commercials and from 2002 played the role of Dr. Maxine Rich in the 2030 CE TV series .

After high school , she worked as a model in Taiwan, Japan, Italy, Spain and France for two years before finally returning to Canada and studying art. In 2006 she moved to Vancouver to fully concentrate on her acting career. She enrolled in drama school and took on some roles in film and television projects.

From 2009 to 2011 she played the role of Chloe Armstrong in the science fiction television series Stargate Universe . 2014, it was as the witch Genevieve in the first season of Vampire Diaries - spin-off The Originals to see.

Levesque currently resides in Los Angeles , California .
