Emanuel Bentil (born December 3, 1978 in Tema ) is a Ghanaian football player .
Career
societies
Born from the youth of Okwawu United , a club based in Nkawkaw , Ghana , Bentil joined the youth department of FC Bayern Munich with Christian Saba in 1995 , after capturing the U-17 national team in 1995 in Ecuador, where he was U-17 world champion .
Together with his compatriot Saba, he moved up to the Bayern professional squad for the 1997/98 season , to which he belonged until 2000, but remained without a competitive game. To have been used to the fact dissatisfied, only in the amateur team, he joined in the summer of 2000 by Greece to first division AO Kalamata with which he in after his first season (as a table Fifteenth) 2. From then on, further stations followed around the globe: Until the end of the season on November 1, 2003 , he played in Russia for the first division club Alania Wladikawkas . In July 2007 he moved to Vietnam for first division club Khatoco Khánh Hòa and then played in early 2008 in Israel for third division club Hapoel Nazareth Illit in the Alef League . From 2010 he was active for fourth-rate Hollywood United FC in the USA . He crowned his debut on May 22, 2010 in the 3-3 draw against Fresno Fuego with his first goal. He ended his career in 2012.
National team
Bentil took part in the U-17 World Cup held in Ecuador from August 3 to 20, 1995 and played all six tournament games including the final. In the 2-0 win on August 12th in the quarter-finals against Portugal , he scored the opening goal in the 14th minute and in the 3-2 final win on August 20 against the Brazilian team he made it 3-1 in the 49th minute for the preliminary decision on the award of the title.
