The 2001/02 season was the 4th edition of the English Premier Ice Hockey League .
Mode and participants
Only English teams took part in the third highest British league. Two rounds were played with two legs. Two points were awarded for a win - even after overtime or a shootout - one point was awarded for a loss after overtime or a shootout.
