The 2013/14 season was the 16th edition of the English Premier Ice Hockey League .

Only English teams take part in the second highest league. There were three rounds, each with a return game.

Journalists voted Luke Boothroyd (Manchester Phoenix) best player and Tony Hand (Manchester Phoenix) best coach.

In the selection of the first team came:
