Enrique Carbajal González

Enrique Carbajal González , known under the artist pseudonym Sebastián , (born November 16, 1947 in Carmago City , Chihuahua ) is a Mexican sculptor , painter and designer .

Life

In 1985 he became a member of the Academia de Artes . He is also a member of the board of the World Arts Forum in Geneva and of the advisory committee of the Consejo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes (CONACULTA). From 1994 to 1996 he was supported in his work by the Sistema Nacional de Creadores de Arte . His main occupation is research at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).

Since 1968 he has presented his work in over 120 solo exhibitions worldwide. He has been a permanent guest of honor at the Art Triennial in Cairo since 1994.
