The Eparchy of Sambir-Drohobych ( Latin Eparchia Samboriensis-Drohobychiensis , Ukrainian Самбірсько-Дрогобицька єпархія Sambirsko-Drohobyzka jeparchija ) is in the Ukraine located eparchy of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church , based in Sambir .

history

The Sambir-Drohobych eparchy was established on April 20, 1993 as a result of territorial cessions from the Lviv Archepark.

It covers the southwestern part of Lviv Oblast . The area is shown in orange on the map below.
