The residential building at Eppinger Straße 72 in the Heilbronn district of Böckingen is a private secular building that was built according to plans by the local council and master mason Adolf Stegmüller at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The listed building is considered a cultural monument .

description

The residential building is an eaves-standing , two-story brick building. The facade is structured mirror-symmetrically by window axes. The twin windows each consist of basket arch windows. These are summarized by a common segment arch in contrasting colored exposed brickwork as the window crown . Furthermore, the window frames show bosses in sandstone . A cornice is represented by a profiled cornice in sandstone. The cornice below the eaves is represented by a profiled cornice in exposed brickwork. A zigzag - frieze below the eaves adorns the facade.

Client Stegmüller had a total of six directly adjacent buildings constructed in decorative exposed brick on Eppinger Strasse. In addition to this building, these were No. 47/49 , No. 51 , No. 64 , No. 66 and No. 68 .
