The earth altar ( Chinese  地 坛 , Pinyin Dìtán ) outside the Andingmen in Beijing is a Ming period historical site. The earth altar was laid out in 1530 and during the Ming and Qing dynasties it was used for sacrificial purposes every year at the time of the summer solstice (Chinese 夏至 Xiàzhì).

It has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-299) since 2006 .
