Erich Petraschk

Erich Petraschk (born June 21, 1906 in Cottbus , † October 13, 1981 in Senftenberg ) was a German actor .

Life

Petraschk has been involved in the Volksbühne movement since 1924 and performed various appearances at the Senftenberger Heimatspiele. After the war, he received in 1946 a commitment at the City Theater Senftenberg , where he played for almost 25 years in various pieces and was later appointed honorary member of the venue.

At a relatively old age, he did extensive film and television work for DEFA and German television broadcasting (DFF) . He has been cast several times in episode roles, played mainly loving grandfathers, such as the taciturn Mr. Hartmann in the two-part television comedy Florentiner 73 or Grandpa Büttner in the successful multi-part television series Aber Vati! (1973).
