Erika Görlitz, MdL

Erika Görlitz (born July 23, 1952 in Manching-Niederstimm ) is a German politician ( CSU ) and former member of the Bavarian State Parliament .

education and profession

Erika Görlitz passed her secondary school leaving certificate at the Realschule Gnadenthal in Ingolstadt and worked from 1968 to 1978 in automobile companies in Ingolstadt, Frankfurt am Main and Munich .

Erika Görlitz is a Roman Catholic, married and the mother of four children.

politics

Erika Görlitz has been a member of the Union since 1976 and was or is active in many board positions. She was local chairwoman of the JU , district chairwoman and deputy district chairwoman of the women's union and CSU district chairwoman. She has been a member of the municipal council since 1978 and of the district council since 1984. For five years, from 1996 to 2001, she was the first deputy of the district administrator.

Since September 28, 1998, she has been a constituency member of the Pfaffenhofen adIlm constituency, Schrobenhausen . In the state parliament she was consumer policy spokeswoman for the CSU parliamentary group. She is currently a member of the State Budget and Financial Committee. At the same time, she is the chairman of the working group on demography and intergenerational justice in the CSU parliamentary group. In 2013 she left parliament.

From the founding of the ministry in January 2001 to October 2003, Erika Görlitz was State Secretary in the Bavarian State Ministry for Health, Nutrition and Consumer Protection .

Other offices

Erika Görlitz was for many years the leader of the campaign “Work for welfare recipients”.
