Erin Yvette

Erin Yvette Ashe (born August 24, 1992 in Petaluma , California , United States ) is an American voice actress . She was best known for her appearance as Molly in the Telltale series The Walking Dead from season 1.

Life

Erin Yvette Ashe grew up in Petaluma, California as the daughter of two actors. She has been on stage since early childhood. At twelve, she had a few roles in a local theater called Cinnabar, where she appeared in more than 30 operettas. She attended NYU Steinhardt for Vocal Performance and focused on musical theater. After only one year, she finished her education there and moved to the University of California, Berkeley , where she took courses in theater and performance. December 2013 she did her Bachelor of Arts in Theater and Performance Studies.

She came to Telltale through her boyfriend while studying, where she first started as a spokesperson for The Walking Dead in 2012 . In this game she dubbed Molly. At first she operated under the name Erin Ashe. Since one of these was already part of the union responsible for her , she switched to her middle name and has been called Erin Yvette ever since . She was also known for her speaking roles in Firewatch and Oxenfree . She now belongs to the STARS agency and has been used as a voice actress in various other Telltale productions. In total, she was nominated five times for the BTVA Video Game Voice Acting Award and won a NAVGTR Award for Tales from the Borderlands .
