Ernst Pridöhl

Ernst Pridöhl (born September 2, 1901 in Prondy ; † June 23, 1961 ) was a German farmer and politician ( LDPD ). From 1958 to 1961 he was a member of the People's Chamber of the GDR .

Life

Pridöhl, son of a worker, worked as a farm worker after attending elementary school in Prondy. From 1924 to 1927 he completed an apprenticeship as a bricklayer and worked in the profession until 1941. On May 1, 1933, he was accepted as a member of the NSDAP in the Wittenförden local group . During the Second World War he did military service in the Wehrmacht and was taken prisoner.

After the war he became a Neubauer in 1945 . In 1947 he became a member of the Association of Mutual Farmers Aid (VdgB) and in 1951 of the Liberal Democratic Party of Germany (LDPD). From 1952 he was chairman of the local group Wittenförden of the VdgB and from 1953 a member of the municipal council . In 1958 he joined the agricultural production cooperative (LPG) "Besseres Leben" in Wittenförden.

From November 1958 he was a member of the LDPD parliamentary group of the People's Chamber. Pridöhl had a fatal accident while practicing his profession.
